Jacobs Crawley has mastered the art of riding bucking horses, proven, he is the newly crowned, 2015 Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association World Champion. The city of lights provided 10 million dollars to see who is the best in each event, Jacobs discusses his victory in Las Vegas at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.
