WWC Tuff Cooper 01.29.18

Tuff Cooper wins the all-round title on the final night of the Wrangler NFR. This one feels different than the three tie-down roping gold buckles I have because this one says, ‘Cowboy,’ on it.” Cooper finished with $341,560 in earnings across tie-down roping and steer roping. In a very classy fashion, Cooper pays tribute to the man that beat him out of his fourth world title in tie-down roping, Marcos Costa of Brazil, in this weeks episode of Word With A Champ.

WWC Marcos Costa 01.22.18

Marcos Costa was hoping he could land his first tie-down roping title. But he wanted to make sure there was no doubt about it. So, the Brazilian cowboy went out and won the round in 7.8 seconds, clinching the average, the world title and the chance to say he’s the only tie-down roping world champion from Brazil. Many thanks to the PRCA Media Department for access to this very humble, dedicated and spiritually driven individual, to be our guest on this weeks Word With A Champ.

WWC Nellie Miller 01.15.18

The Women’s Professional Rodeo Association is the oldest and one of the largest women’s sporting organizations in the world. It is an amazing feat to qualify in the top 15 for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in ladies barrel racing, much less be the very best after season earnings plus winning against the top 15 in 10 rounds in Las Vegas. Nellie Miller of Cottonwood, California, did just that, to become the 2017 WPRA World Champion Barrel Racer. We enjoyed a nice interview with a very modest and graceful lady, that is an extremely fierce competitor, with fine horses.

WWC Tim O’Connell 01.08.18

The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, two time consecutive, World Champion Bareback Bronc Rider is Tim O’Connell from Zwingle, Iowa. Tim has set goals all his life, previously in a wrestling career and now ProRodeo. Tim specifically studied multiple time world champion rodeo Cowboys in an effort to attain his goal of being a two-time and consecutive champion. A great interview for this weeks episode of Word With A Champ NV1 Radio Network.

WWC Sage Kimzey 01.01.18

Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, four time consecutive, Bull Riding World Champion, recently earned his fourth gold buckle in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kimsey has made more money annually than any one in the history of the sport. An amazing effort sees him almost half way to beating Don Gay’s 8 Championships in Sages first four years of ProRodeo competition. It is a pleasure to have him as our guest on this weeks episode of Word With A Champ.
